Mindful Movement classes

This class is suited to those who would like to increase their sense of wellbeing through gentle exercise and body awareness. For all ages and abilities, the slow embodied movement explorations, exercises and short sequences help to slow the nervous system, calm the mind, open the breath and reconnect mind and body. Inspired by Qigong and somatic awareness, this class works to improve posture, mobility, coordination and balance, as well as ability to relax into your body and feel more centred. £5 trial class, £8 drop in (Please contact Natalie for further details)

Community Qigong classes

Group sessions for community based settings. The classes can work to maintain fitness in people of all ages and abilities, particularly useful for people wishing to maintain mobility and increase health through gentle exercise. The classes can also be very helpful for groups with stress, depression or anxiety issues. They bring about a sense of inner calm and relaxedness as well as increasing mobility and reducing tension in the body.
